I have 4 GSD's (long story, they need homes and I'm crazy enough to give them one), they love to chew these bones and they are the longest lasting ones I've found. They're also much safer; they seem to dissolve rather than break apart. No intestinal blockages in this house.

They are odorless and don't cause any staining on the carpet. The dogs love them!

Hi, the sticks are definitely less "stinky". But, the consistency is wound too tight for dog to start chewing. We've put into boiling water for 20 min to somewhat soften. . . no difference. Drilled into, then soaked. . . no difference. These "new" chews may be okay for the aggressive chewer; but, not for the dog that enjoys an after dinner chew.

I love that they are American made as if they are so few that are. I cherish my fur baby's and give them the best I can. They do not smell nor do they stain my carpets. My GSPs love them.
